When last we saw the Legasse Family, Janelle and Matthew had just gotten married. What are they up to now? Click the cut tag and see.

Things with Janelle and Matthew were going really well after their wedding.

And Matthew was looking forward to the birth of their first child.

And then, on his wedding day, Matthew died. It was a good, respectable death.

And Janelle lost her marbles as she watched her dreams of having a family vanish.

But the good doctor came and did his thing and made her feel much better.

Though she still went to visit Matthew in the family plot and mourned him sometimes.

After a time, she decided to try again and called the neighborhood matchmaker.

And soon had Matthew's baby. A son. he would have been so proud. She named him after his father. Matthew Jr.

But then things were going well with Amin, the man she'd met on the blind date.

And he was good with Matthew, too, which was important to her.

Apparently things with Amin were going a little too well.

So Janelle asked him to move in with her. He was crazy about her, so he said yes.

And soon after, he proposed to her.

Shortly after, they had a quiet, private ceremony - by Matthew's grave.

Amin was excited about his baby, too.

And he did what he could to help Janelle take care of baby Matthew.

But he also had to get a job to take care of his new family and joined the town's military.
