Crap. I just realized it's .rar. How do I go by converting that or something else to make it so I can save them?

Do you have WinRar or IzArc to decompress them? Do that and then unzip them to a folder on your computer.

No, I don't actually. Is there anything else that could already be on my computer? I always try to avoid downloading programs, because we have rules here on the computer.
