hee! It depends on what you have for programs. There's various players that can take a screen shot of video clips (KMPlayer is a good one for Windows, VLC apparently is another).

Me being the rebel I am, I have a different player than Windows users. ;-)

Ummm, but how do you get the clips/episodes/err, thing itself, onto your computer. Right now it's happily residing on my DVR (::pets nice DVR::), which won't talk to my computer. As far as I can tell.

I suppose this is where I need to get over my extreme reluctance to dip toesies in the water of torrents, eh?

Nooo, no torrents. Haven't got a clue about the DVR bits. I refuse to pay a monthly fee for the ability to record something that I already paid to be able to watch. ;-)
