Somewhere between the first & last seasons of Angel he came over all muscled-up. Doesn't seem to show it off often enough though.

Among other things, right before Season 5 of Angel when Lindsey came back, he was in Secondhand Lions and did a lot of sword training, so I'm sure that had something to do with it. ;-)
