It was the first unlocked door Tony found and the knob turned easily. He grinned, grabbed Ricky and pulled him in. Tony clicked the lights off, locked the door and pushed Ricky against it. He twisted Ricky’s tee shirt in one hand, flattened his other next to Ricky’s head. Leaned in and kissed Ricky as though his life depended on it. Maybe it did. Ricky had always been there, grounding him when he thought the world had gone crazy. When he pulled back, Ricky stared at him through slitted eyes.
“Been wanting to do that all afternoon,” Tony whispered roughly.
