JC was tucked into the corner of the couch, knees pulled up in front of him, notebook balanced carefully. He held a pencil in his hand and tapped it against the paper as he hummed softly to himself. When he looked up, he was being watched.

“What?” he asked.

Chris smiled and shook his head. “Nothing, man.”

JC carefully dropped the pencil and notebook to the floor and glared at Chris. “No really, what?”

“You were humming again,” Chris chuckled.

“I – Oh. Was it – that song again?” he asked, struggling not to smile.

Chris scooted closer and nodded. “It was.” And then he started humming as he crawled over:
you are my sunshine
my only sunshine
you make me happy
when skies are grey

In the end, he brushed his lips over JC’s as he sang quietly, “You'll never know dear, how much I love you, please don't take my sunshine away.”

JC smiled and twisted the material of Chris’s tee shirt in his hand to pull him closer. He nipped at Chris’s lips gently, then deepened the kiss, moaning softly when Chris did that thing with his tongue – the thing that said Chris was having naughty thoughts and fully intended to show JC what they were when they got upstairs.

Just about! I just have to get my shorts on, put some pillows and a couple of blankets out there and get the husband up! :D We're leaving around noon or so, I have a ton of pencils and some notebooks to try writing while we're gone. The iPod is fully charged and is chock full of sparkly. *sighs*
