motioncity44's Second S/S challenge
My prompt was the reason why I burst and why I bloom. I hope I did it justice hon.
Michael stared ahead through the dusty windshield, lips pressed together as he lost himself in his thoughts. Linc drove along the dirt track as fast as the road conditions and the old car allowed, dust swirled in thick clouds behind them.
No one had said anything for several miles, something for which Michael was grateful. Sara, as though sensing Michael's feelings, had fallen silent first. Michael knew this wasn't easy for her - how could it be? - and he admired her strength. She didn't have to be here, and yet – here she was.( Read more... )
