Author's Notes: Future-Schmoopy Fic. It started by accident and ended up a ficlet. Oops?
Ben pulled his car into the driveway alongside Cooper's Charger and turned the key to shut it off. There was a large shopping back on the passenger seat and he grabbed it before getting out and going inside.
As he'd expected, inside the house was cool and almost silent. The television was turned off and a couple of clean cups were in the strainer on the counter - everything else had been cleaned up and put away. Ben quietly set his keys on the counter, toed his shoes off, and then moved down the hall.( Read more... )
