We're going to twist up the Awesome April Challenge as we roll into May and bring you -

The It's Gonna Be May Challenge

About - We're hoping we can have something somehow fandom related posted daily for the month of May.

Rules - Here's the twist. I'm not limiting it to fiction this month. Post wallpapers, post cross over fics, post icons, post good ol' popslash - as long as it's popslash related, we'd love to see it. Fiction should be no less than 100 words. Cross it over with whomever you want, as long as it's popslash based (Backstreet, nsync, 98 Degrees). Icon posts should be no less than 5 and up to as many as you want.

How can you play along? Behind the cut tag are all of May's dates. Comment to claim your date and when you've done your post ON your date, comment again with a link to it. If there's enough interest, dates may be shared.

If something happens and you can't do anything for your date, please let me know! I don't bite and will work furiously to find someone to take over your date.

Any questions or comments, ask away. And please, pimp. We have 30 days to fill, and while people can take as many as they like, the more writers the better.

I'm scheduled for the 28th & I have my fic nearly done, but my computer's giving signs of something being very wrong w/it & I'm afraid I won't be able to post on my day. If I can get it fixed tomorrow I should be okay, but if not, I won't be able to access my fic or the internet. And my battery's about to die, so I probably won't be able to get your reply, because once it does, that's it. I'm sorry I can't tell you for sure whether I'll be able to post or not.

No worries. I'll see if anyone can step in at the last minute, just in case, and if you are able to post, then we could have two! ;-) Otherwise, just do it when you can.

I just got back online and it looks like I'll be able to post tomorrow (if I can finish the fic tonight and get it betaed by tomorrow, all of which should be do-able). It will probably be later in the day though (U.S. west coast time). Thanks for being understanding when it looked like I wouldn't be able to post.

Urgh. My computer problems have returned and I'm almost out of battery power. I guess it didn't get fixed after all. There's no way I can get the fic done now, dammit. So sorry! :(
